The Card Readers is a cinematic exploration of ritual, symbolism, and narrative coherence through AI-assisted filmmaking.

Rather than focusing on plot, the project studies how visual systems can communicate meaning.

Symmetry, pacing, color, and gesture are treated as narrative tools, allowing the audience to intuit the rules of this secret society without exposition.
The project was developed through iterative prompt design and visual direction, exploring:
• how ritualized movement builds world logic
• how framing and symmetry influence perception
• how tone consistency strengthens narrative credibility
• how AI tools can support controlled, authored storytelling
AI was used as a world-building and exploration engine, while creative direction guided every decision to preserve rhythm, clarity, and emotional intent.
